CCUR Holdings is committed to best practices in all we do. If you are aware any improvements that we should implement, processes we should change, or improper practices, please let us know. To that end, we have adopted a policy and procedure for anyone (employees, shareholders, vendors or partners) to report (anonymously if they wish) any matter of concern, especially financial irregularities, fraud, errors, or false statements. Reporting a Complaint

The mission of accurately reporting all financial matters is especially important. Please utilize the following process if you have any information to report:

Anonymous

For anonymous reporting CCUR Holdings has established a hotline through an independent third-party. A transcript of your report will be provided to a representative of the Board of Directors’ Audit Committee for immediate action. Unless you choose to identify yourself, your report will remain completely anonymous. You can report your concerns via any of the following methods.
